Shreyas Kumar
Founder & CEO, Arthaveda
Shreyas brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across Finance, Strategy and Operations. He has led large multinational businesses in India, Germany, Japan and the SAARC region as the CFO of organisations such as Rexam, Kärcher, Stanley Black & Decker and ZEISS, where he drove global finance transformation initiatives.
His earlier experience spans International Taxation with KPMG and Amicorp, and Financial Planning & Analysis at GE.
Shreyas is a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer who also holds advanced qualifications in Information Systems Audit, Business Law (NLSIU) and MBA in Finance & Banking.
As CEO of Arthaveda, he drives the company’s vision of building a world-class, AI-first financial automation ecosystem.
Rahul Reddy
Co-Founder & CTO, Arthaveda
Rahul is a technology leader with 15+ years of experience building planet-scale enterprise systems. His expertise spans AI/ML architecture, cloud platforms and high-performance distributed systems.
He has held engineering leadership roles at Microsoft and Salesforce, and has headed engineering for multiple high-growth startups. Rahul is an alumnus of IIT BHU, where he completed his B.Tech.
As CTO, he leads the AI, product architecture and engineering strategy that powers Arthaveda’s next-generation financial automation suite.
Chethan Sharma
Co-Founder & COO, Arthaveda
Chethan is a 19+ year finance & business leader specializing in corporate finance, growth strategy and business transformation.
He has led Finance, Strategy and Legal at STEER Group, launched Food Equipment business at STEER and presently holds the CFO portfolio for a consortium of companies that undertake Telecom EPC execution works.
A Chartered Accountant, Chethan also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA UK), Masters in Business Law from NLSIU and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Bangalore University.
As COO, Chethan oversees finance operations and customer success- ensuring Arthaveda’s products and solutions consistently create measurable impact.
